Q: What is a credit? And how can I customize the AI?
A: Credits used can vary depending on the AI model used. One of Google’s models will cost 1 credit per generation, where up to 7 short-to-medium form content types can be created (up to 300-500 words per content type - so 2k+ words for the credit). Each AI generated image costs 8 credits.
Note: you can still generate a longer form piece by using each content type as a section of the long form piece.
For customization, you can feed the AI specific words you wish for it to mention (per content type you wish to generate). To feed the AI proper information, you may save knowledge contexts (product/service/company info for example) via a URL or regular copy and paste.
The ‘criteria’ in a content set also allows you to provide your own specifications for how the content type should be written. You can have AI automatically create these specifications after mentioning your content type.
Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: For a subscription only, if you reach out within 5 days of the your very first subscription date and have used 2 credits or less, you may be eligible for a refund. However, pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable.
Q: What are the languages available?
A: The following languages are supported: Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, American English, British English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian.
Note that certain languages may have subpar performances across different models. Feel free to reach out explaining why a language appears to be below par, so we can see what’s needed to improve if possible.
Q: How do the integrations work?
A: The integrations for Slack, Notion, Monday.com and Trello post the metrics of the document and content types, along with the content itself as .docx files for the non-Notion integrations; the Notion integration creates a page with formatted text, instead of a .docx file, but still holds the metrics for the document.
Q: What is Megasend (aka automatic send)?
A: It’s a feature that spreads your work across the most important workspaces in seconds for any document, either right after the AI content is finished writing (so fully automated) or after you’ve finished editing the content, sending document information to multiple platforms in one-go. Content is posted to editors (Google Docs/Notion) and the links from the editors flow to Slack and Monday.com/Trello (along with content and metrics).
Q: How to collaborate with other team members?
A: Any team member can sign up as a free account, and then added to the document via the Share link permissions under “Free/paid account w/link“.
